<p>* We have received reports that the general cargo vessel SPANACO PROGRESS (IMO 9306433) experienced mechanical issues while transiting off the eastern coast of Calabria, in the Ionian Sea, on 17 November 2025.<br /> <br /> * The vessel is currently proceeding toward her intended destination under tug towage for further inspection and, if necessary, repair.<br /> <br /> * It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.<br /> <br /> * We therefore recommend that you contact us if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.</p>
